My daughter has been going to Parkway Honda for all her car needs because they are simply the best—we already knew that. But what happened recently exceeded our wildest expectations. She had an issue that required a substantial payment from the insurance company to fix. Nicholas Almeida (Nick) took charge of the situation, and from the very beginning, he was incredible. He contacted our insurance company, patiently explained the problem, and for THREE WEEKS, he handled everything. He worked with not one but two appraisers, engaged in multiple conversations with the insurance company, filled out the forms they insisted on, emailed documentation and test results, and kept us informed every step of the way. Thanks to him our insurance company covered the cost of the repairs. We have never seen such exceptional customer care and professionalism, especially when dealing with a difficult insurance company. We are absolutely blown away by Nick’s dedication to his work and his commitment to his customers. We only wish there were more people as proud and passionate about doing an excellent job as Nick is.

Went in Friday, with a trade, in which I was still making payments on. Of course I wasn’t sure what to expect. I met with Bruno and he was with me every step of the way answering any concerns/questions I had. Test drove what I have now a great vehicle. I was able to trade in my jeep and Bruno along with chuck and Manny. I was able to leave with the car I wanted. Dealerships can be stressful but they really did go all out for me and got me n the car I wanted, even going in with a trade I was still making payments on. Check them out for sure!

Recently purchased a used 2022 Honda Accord EX-L and i went in for the test drive and left that same night with the car purchased for a fair price. I would also highly recommend the sales manager who is both considerate and helpful. Overall experience was good besides for my individual sales person (Vannick Chan) was far less than ideal, luckily the sales manager compensated for his lack of professionalism and made the experience positive overall.

The 2 experiences I’ve had going to a car dealership have been at Parkway Honda. Ten years ago when I bought my beloved CR-V, and today, when I bought a Civic. Zahir patiently put up with all my questions, even when I challenged the details of the car’s repair history. He made sure I was given all the maintenance records since 2012, as well as the CarFax report & recent repairs. Zahir went beyond expectations by staying well beyond the end of his scheduled shift. I especially appreciated his respectful treatment of me even though I was buying one of the cheapest cars in his inventory. Everyone I dealt with at Parkway was great. No complaints.
